FRONT OFFICE PERSON A private Hearing Healthcare Healthcare practice in New York City/Chelsea Village area is looking for an energetic and motivated individual for the front office who can provide outstanding customer service with the ability to drive sales. The ideal candidate must have: Excellent people and customer service skills. Outstanding organizational skills Strong communication skills. Ability to deal with the seniors in a calm and positive manner Comprehensive computer sills Outstanding follow up skills Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide and excellent customer experience Handle patient calls and effectively manage schedule. Contact patients to confirm appointments. Track and report daily scheduling metrics. Effectively handle telephone inquiries. Maintain patient records in billing/scheduling system and in hard copy. Type correspondence for professionals.
