You will be providing leadership in developing / maintaining the corporate culture and a positive partner environment. A primary focus is partner relations and fostering an environment of mutual respect among all the partners. In addition, provide generalist human resources functions in: minimizing turnover, recruiting and ensuring legal compliance with all employment laws.
