Integration Analyst (Business Analyst) - Helius LLC (New York, NY)

We are seeking an Integration Analyst to work directly for our growing client, an EMR Software company. Great company to work for with tremendous opportunity for growth. Integration Analyst Summary Develops, tests, and implements integrations solutions with third party vendors. Evaluates existing processes and systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet customer and organizational needs. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and customers in an agile scrum environment to define and execute integration solutions. Participates in product design reviews to provide feedback on functional requirements and determine any potential problems. Job Requirements Tasks Contribute to the definition and design of new or enhanced products and functionality. Gather and document detailed information about the workflow and technical capabilities of an integration Act as the development team’s integrations subject matter expert and point person for clarification of business requirements and objectives. Participate in the project definition phase with the Product Owner or Project Manager Translate project objectives and high level requirements into detailed system requirements and/or use cases. Identify opportunities for improvement and suggestions for change. Participate in the discovery phase of new vendor integrations. Stay informed of the development changes required for new vendors. Stay informed of system testing phase for new vendors Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Beta phases of the project Identify new requirements or defects that needs to be addressed project success and translate requirements to development team Create development plans for standardizing the implementation of new types of interfaces Provide direction to offshore resources involved in the development and testing of standard interfaces Qualifications Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of business analyst or systems analyst experience or 7 years of business or systems analyst experience Analyst experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) products is desired Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication Experience composing project documentation (e.g., high level use cases, detailed business specifications) Understanding and participating in the software development lifecycle Translating business needs into creative technical requirements Collaborating across multiple internal teams Analyst experience with healthcare products and Integration Analyst experience with EDI and HL7 messaging standards Demonstrating organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills Communicating with technical and non-technical audiences Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field preferred or equivalent work experience. ****Ask about our generous referral program *****
