The Manager, Global Digital Delivery will be passionate about transforming Johnson & Johnson’s largest Brands to best in class digital experience by engaging with our professionals on their digital journey. The successful candidate must bring strong thought leadership in enterprise digital marketing capabilities including web, email, social, mobile and search. He or She must seek out opportunities for simplification, capability enablement and standardization, instituting best practices and efficiencies. The ability to collaborate and influence others is an important factor for success. The candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies, activation and optimization of key digital programs, operating in a global environment. This forward-thinking individual will lead and embed digital programs that step change how we go to market and differentiate our Brands.

This role resides within the Global Professional Group (GPG), a global organization within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies and reports to the Director, Global Digital Delivery. This individual works closely with GPG franchise and region team members, franchise experts and markets themselves, along with digital agencies, and analytic vendors to deliver best practices in digital strategy, activation and scaling best practices. In addition, this role includes data reporting, analysis, optimization and ability to translate those best practices into specific actions across the Enterprise. The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to: web, mobile, search, social, CRM, ratings & reviews, competitive data analysis, benchmarking, testing and optimization practices among healthcare professionals and other experts.

The Manager, Global Digital Delivery will be responsible for the following:

• Identify, develop and activate key digital strategies and programs working with key regions and cross functional partners serving as key subject matter expert
• Analyzes approach, makes recommendations to improve and scales key GPG programs
• Delivers middle management and executive reporting on digital performance which includes the use of excel, web based applications, and direct access to analytic platforms to report performance
• Assess web and CRM campaigns to optimize and scale to other markets / franchises
• Work with markets and IT to agree to key IT infrastructure initiatives
• Upskill marketers to embed digital competency
• Support and foster key strategic relationships (LinkedIn, IBM/Watson, others)
• Develop measurement requirements and assist in the design and management of our digital professional performance; link to Panorama
• Act as administrator of digital analytics reporting platforms
• Conduct and communicate deep dive analyses to educate and identify opportunities to improve the digital experience and business outcomes
• Document case studies of optimization activities for learning purposes
• Conduct formal/informal training on the use of new technologies and measurement reporting
• Be a leader in the digital space and actively research opportunities and trends in marketing analysis and tools
• Other duties as assigned



Qualifications


• A Bachelor's degree is required
• An MBA or Master’s degree is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of professional business experience is required
• A minimum of 2 years of Digital experience is required
• Experience across 2 or more digital capabilities including website, search marketing, analytics, ecommerce, mobile, campaign management, social media, email, and A/B & multivariate testing is required
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and business savvy with strong appreciation for best practices and governance is required
• A love of all things digital and enthusiasm for digital marketing and analytics concepts
• Entrepreneurial mind-set and team player
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and modeling skills is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel & Presentation Software is required
• A passion for understanding the healthcare professional mindset and keeping up with media and technology trends is preferred
• Familiarity with and hands-on use of social media platforms is preferred
• Able to be an individual contributor, willing and eager to work in a hands-on capacity is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies is required.
• The ability to influence multiple stakeholders across multiple disciplines and organizational levels is required
• Strong bias to action and proven track record of delivering results is required
• Experience taking new initiatives from strategy to implementation is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills is required
• Experience in a global matrixed environment is preferred
• This role can be seated in either New Brunswick, NJ or New York, NY and may require up to 10% of domestic and international travel
