This professional will be responsible for the execution of the practice marketing strategy, working with a variety of consulting and marketing teams and individuals. A large part of this role is optimizing the work of the Navigant Construction Forum, our significant thought leadership development initiative.Job Responsibilities:This role is about details, communication, and organization and the ability to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. We are looking for an energetic individual who has a passion for marketing and understands the importance of getting the details right. Specific Responsibilities:* Coordinate conference participation, including pre-event contracting, logistics, onsite management and post-event follow-up* Work with the practice thought leaders and graphics team to develop and execute regular e-marketing campaigns* Develop and update collateral, as required* Develop and maintain target lists* Website content development and ongoing website management, including search engine optimization* Social media strategy development and execution* Management of planning and logistics for in-person and virtual events* Track and report on various practice marketing initiatives, including thought leadership placements, speaking engagements, articles, conference attendance, collateral, biographies and othersJob Requirements:* Ability to be proactive and resourceful and to thrive in a fast-paced environment* Capacity to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and tasks* Desire to improve upon existing processes* Exemplary written and verbal communications skills including the ability to adapt messages for and effectively communicate with a variety of audiences* Critical thinker who can trouble-shoot and make decisions independently* Keen attention to detail and organizational proficiency* Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access proficiency and technical competency to learn new software packages as requiredBackground* Two to five years’ marketing experience preferred* Professional services industry knowledge/experience preferredThe company offers competitive compensation packages including an incentive compensation plan, comprehensive medical/dental/life insurance, 401(k) and employee stock purchase plans.Navigant does not accept unsolicited resumes through or from search firms or staffing agencies.
