NYC, NY: We are looking for a passionate Account Manager with the desire to engage daily in a lively, dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for management of the company projects on a day-to-day basis while interfacing with internal and external partners.. This role works closely with the Client Experiences and Production teams to improve company process while continually developing relationships supporting an open, efficient environment and profitable business. Proven excellence in project and time management and all forms of communication, as well as the willingness to jump in, roll your sleeves up and do what it takes to get the job done with excellence are essential traits of any candidate. What Your Day Looks Like: The role will incorporate (but is not limited to) the following key responsibilities: • Act as project manager to effectively lead the project team(s) under your supervisor and ensure deliverables are met • Work in accordance with company policies and department processes • Develop, communicate and manage internal project timelines and budgets to ensure appropriate resources are available • Ensure clear client understanding of key project details and deliverables • Coordinate with internal team to secure execution of program deliverables (Creative, Production, Client Experience) • Hire, train and manage tour, event or market managers • Serve as a client point of contact and ensure optimal communication between the client and agency • Lead client meetings professionally and effectively to present agency work • Consolidate event calendars, event data and other pertinent information into weekly reporting for client • Review creative work to ensure it meets client objectives and agency standards • Travel as required to meet both client and project management responsibilities • Actively work with project teams to brainstorm ideas and develop optimal solutions to problems • Identify and report key learnings in order to create future efficiencies • Identify revenue generation opportunities to maximize revenue potential with existing accountsSome of Your Expected Deliverables • Provide Key Learnings to senior staff for new programs and pitches • Prep all project timelines, element lists, contacts sheets, program one sheets, meeting notes, call notes, and client recaps • Work with finance department to obtain project codes and insure all spends are within budget • Run weekly client calls • Schedule, run and attend internal update meetings with Finance and Operations • Schedule and manage internal dry runs • Hire and train tour/event staff including the writing of any training manuals • Liaise between the operations team, social media team, the graphic designers, and the client to ensure all artwork is approved and provided within the proper format
