ExecuNet, the trusted advisor of choice to senior executives, is seeking to hire a Member Engagement Manager.

This is a wonderful opportunity to get in on the “ground floor” of designing and building a high-powered member success and engagement model/plan for a strong and growing brand.

Purpose and Scope

The Member Engagement Manager will develop and run scaled programs to increase ongoing engagement and lifetime value of our executive members.

They will be an authentic voice of the member, ensuring the needs, attitudes, motivations and behaviors of all critical ExecuNet member segments are considered when important business decisions are made and Marketing strategies are implemented.

Responsibilities

Identify behavioral personas to design and develop a master segmentation framework and user experience that enables the organization to optimize member engagement and retention.

Leverage a variety of data-gathering tools and information assets—member trends, segmentation, need states and behavior/attitudes, as well as qualitative research and personal observation—to begin the process of understanding where opportunities exist to create personalized experiences and value for ExecuNet members.

Leverage analytics and audience data to set an innovative messaging and media distribution strategy that leverages targeted touchpoints with our members on various digital and traditional channels. Understand how to best use amplification to reach the right audience with the right message on the right platform at the right time. Determine “who gets what, when and how” in order to maximize member experience and life-time value.

Engage internal content partners to ensure the best creation, sharing, distribution and amplification of member content.

Develop a Member Engagement Strategy working closely with the CMO and VP of Marketing Operations.

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely delivery to the member, working closely with Marketing, Production, Tech and Member Services.

Be an active member of the Member Success leadership team, and work closely to ensure alignment with overall member engagement strategy and 1:1 account management programs

Design and monitor member experience/interactions online and through the Member Services team and member outreach programs

Marketing Measurement & ROI

Develop a detailed understanding of member behavior, e.g., based on member profile and member activity.

Identify, build/evolve, and manage customer communication channels to allow for scaled engagement (e.g., email, webinars, etc.).

Lead and develop an integrated engagement effectiveness measurement system to enhance Marketing and campaign effectiveness. Based on these analyses, provide ongoing recommendations to the management team on ways the organization can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our engagement efforts and investments, and maximize the impact of each dedicated member touch.

Position Requirements

5+ years customer marketing or customer lifetime management experience, with B2C experience (SMB or Enterprise)

5+ years of relevant experience in customer retention, product development, and/or membership or subscriber-base marketing
