Luxury New York Real Estate Company seeking Office Manager

Duties will include: providing support to 3 executives and real estate agents, organizing trade shows and special events, maintaining extensive file collection, coordinating in-office calendars, organizing property viewings, creating mailings, advertising available residences, developing marketing tools for agents, tracking office inventory/preparing all shipments, serving as a liaison to all business inquiries, arranging meetings and responding to all written requests.

A successful candidate must have 5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity, excellent customer service/computer skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and verifiable references.

Applicants must be comfortable with full-time hours (occasional overtime).

Must be proficient in all Microsoft Software with emphasis on Adobe Acrobat Pro & Microsoft Excel. Prior real estate experience not necessary

Company provides medical insurance on a 50/50 split. NYR has SEC125 in place, so the employee can save x-dollars on a pre-tax basis to help offset the cost of their medical portion.
