Product Manager-Mediterrnean Line - Mack Financial Group (Fairfield, NJ)

Job Duties (Responsibility /Scope / Expectation) New Product Development -General understanding of sustainable processes for new product development and for the ongoing management of products in order to support the business -Produce and implement robust ‘product launch’ plans to ensure that each product meets its commercial objectives during its lifetime, working with Sales and others in the Marketing team to maximize revenue opportunity Performance Analysis -Create and maintain key product metrics to inform business decisions -Review product performance in market place, relative to plan. -Analyse the performance of new offers and, working with stakeholders across the organization, recommend and drive improvements to performance through sales and marketing led activities. Put in place and drive any action plans if required -Conduct synthetic business reviews -Analyze and review the product performance with vendors. -Work with third parties where appropriate to ensure the long-term success of the assigned product line -Provide quarterly analysis on Product Performance -Sales Support -Support field sales with product launches - Act as the ‘product champion’ internally, providing support and training to Field Sales through internal briefings, responding to ad-hoc queries and ensuring that accurate product information is maintained - -Create and deliver company/product/thought leadership presentations at key events (internal & external) throughout the year Job Requirements (Education / Attributes / Skills) -Knowledge/Competencies -Excellent communication skills (speak,write) -Ability to communicate effectively with all level of the organization -Strong influential skills -Analytical skills -Self motivated and creative -Works well in teams -Degree -Marketing or business and 2-5 years experience -Food industry a strong plus -Passion of food -Language preference (Spanish, Italian) -Strong and previous experience in a multicultural role
