Based in midtown NYC, we are a small fast paced architectural firm servicing the NYC live entertainment community. We are offering a great opportunity for in-depth involvement in the administration of all phases of our event projects.

We seek a very organized self-starter with a proven record in tracking multiple projects with efficiency and skill. Must be willing to integrate into a small fast pace dynamic office, with a solid work ethic. We enjoy our work, value our work culture and enjoy coming to work.

We are seeking:

A well-organized production manager/project coordinator; experienced in managing high volume fast paced, time sensitive projects. You must be mature enough to analyze areas of strength and weakness and manage change effectively. Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities are essential attributes. In addition, the position requires client interface, team work and a forward thinking positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer communication related to orders – including contracts, time lines and cost estimates and alert clients to possible cost over--runs.

Use an established in house “Smartsheet” tracking all projects from inception to completion

Coordinate with internal team and external expediting firm daily to verify status of projects

Collaborate with the project team to provide cost estimates for clients.

Follow up closely on delivery dates and trouble shoot issues that prevent delivery requirements

Verify all outgoing projects are complete and accurate

Co-ordinate with external consultants to verify status of projects

Invoice all projects prior to leaving the office

Requirements:


BA 4-year degree

Must have significant experience in a high pressure, high volume detail oriented position; event production is a plus.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential

Strong sense of team work along with the ability to be effective independently.

Proven self-starter with strong organizational skills and decision-making abilities.

Highly proficient in computer skills Word, Excel and Smartsheet

Must be able to fulfill all I-9 requirements.

NYC/Tri- State resident (no relocation package)
