Senior Operations Manager for Multiple Concepts to Include Polished Casual Restaurants, Upscale Bar Operations, and Gourmet Fast Casual Excellent base Salary and Exceptional Bonus Medical and Dental Plans Paid Vacation Responsibilities Accountable for overall safety compliance, restaurant operations, facilities, revenue generation, sanitation and statutory regulations, management and crewmember staffing, training and performance Responsible for driving business results in support of operational goals Implementing strategies to drive budgetary goals, and leading operational changes Ensuring professional development of General Managers and subordinate managers Be proactive in building bench strength Hold regular management meetings to obtain updates on each unit, roll out new programs, monitor and evaluate all unit activity Perform regular unit visits Ensure effective operations achieving the highest possible level of guest satisfaction Ability to create budgets and projections, create and implement marketing strategies to drive sales Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business or Culinary Arts Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to lead by example Excellent listening and problem solving skills Minimum 5 years General Management experience with 3 years high volume multi-unit management Experience in alcohol service and certifications Prior P&L management for multiple units Experience in guest relations, negotiations and complaint resolution High level integrity and Honesty Strong Work Ethic; passion and commitment to the industry Please respond with a resume detailing prior experience
