Sales Reporting Analyst - Citi (Long Island City, NY)

Title: Sales Reporting Analyst Location: NY-Long Island City With branch offices in a dozen states, Citibank Retail Bank delivers a wide array of banking, lending and investment services to individual consumers, as well as to small businesses with up to $10 million in annual sales. Our Financial Center Network is comprised of over 1000 local offices and complemented by our electronic delivery systems, including ATMs, Citiphone and the Internet. Position will be responsible for designing data capture and report processes to support Sales, Marketing, Finance and Compensation organizations. . Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting, and/or Finance required. Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, and/or Finance preferred . Greater than 5 years of work experience in retail banking industry strongly preferred -- as well as familiarity with the New York Metro geographies (CT, NY, NJ) . Exceptionally strong PC and server/mainframe database skills, demonstrable fluency in Filemaker Pro, FoxPro, Oracle or Access required. Other important (some but not all required) PC skills include Crystal, Java, javascript, html, pdf, VB, php and PERL . Candidate must possess working knowledge of SQL and/or SAS. Ideal candidate would be able to manage and produce required information output for web or other distribution while working independently from a high level conceptual design. Continuing maintenance, update and user support is expected . Must be an expert-level user of MS Excel and high-proficient user of MS Access and MS PowerPoint that the person is willing to dedicate themselves to becoming expert-level in all of these programs . Familiarity with Retail Bank is a plus . User interaction and direct user support should be expected
