The Sr. Analyst Project/Program management role is responsible for leading all In-Building efforts for Wireless Business Group customers in partnership with Verizon Network.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall execution of the In-Building implementation process in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensuring that all In-Building projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Lead weekly and biweekly customer facing discussions regarding project requirements, scope, timelines, and dependencies
  • Enforce the procedural rules of engagement for internal and external stakeholders, including Verizon sales teams, local network teams, and customers
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Coordinate and oversee In-Building system troubleshooting efforts in partnership with Verizon network and 3rd party system integrators.
  • Develop and communicate routine strategic updates for sales and operations leadership
  • Identify and cultivate new vendor partnerships, driving cost-effective turnkey solutions into the In-Building product mix

Project Management

  • Be the customer facing single point of contact, responsible for all project management efforts and communication
  • Review, analyze, and verify project requirements with customers
  • Monitor, maintain, and track In-Building projects online
  • Work side by side with internal finance groups to facilitate the analysis and financial vetting of In-Building projects
  • Oversee the timely procurement of network approved In-Building system designs as well as the order, delivery, and activation of In-Building systems

Sales Engagement

  • Present In-Building updates during internal sales team meetings
  • Create and distribute routine In-Building updates for sales and operations groups
  • Collaborate with internal training teams to help educate sales teams on new technologies, partners, and processes related to In-Building

Customer Experience

  • Present at customer facing executive briefings and off site meetings
  • Facilitate and oversee customer facing kickoff calls to qualify cellular coverage needs, confirm requirements, and set proper expectations


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years or more of project management experience, PMP and/or Agile certification is a plus
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the private or public sector
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Solid technical background, with general understanding of DAS, Spider Cloud, Ericsson DOT, Femtocells, Small Cells, and other In-Building solutions
  • Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer facing presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills including a heightened attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
