What you’ll be doing...
The Supply Chain PMO Manager will be responsible for the management of communications and reporting supporting the Supply Planning, Channel Allocations, POP and Collateral organizations. Functions to include leading internal and cross-functional teams for Senior Leadership communications, launch readiness (including Supply Chain lead on iconic cross functional launch teams), daily operational processes and S&OP. These responsibilities will include the communication and preparation of presentations, driving metric and contractual obligations with OEMs as well as maintaining/developing team dashboards, metrics and training materials. Another responsibility will include the leadership of our S&OP process (both working team & executive presentations).
This is a high impact, highly visible, multi-business/multi-market position in the Supply Chain organization.
Preparation and communication of weekly deliverables/read outs to Senior Leadership
Lead preparation of key Supply Planning metrics such as inventory valuation (~$1B) & PO spend ($26B avg.)
Define and drive OEM contractual obligations by working with Sourcing on new contracts and amendments, and working with planning leads on OEM scorecards to drive contractual compliance.
Lead cross functional supply chain teams & represent Supply Chain in external cross functional teams to ensure launch readiness
Preparation of ad hoc executive presentations and reporting as needed
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years or relevant work experience.
Experience in Supply Chain.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Willingness to work flexible hours and schedule.
Even better if you have:
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
Ability to manipulate large quantities of data to drive business decisions.
Expert in Microsoft Excel; expert in Microsoft SQL a big plus.
Excellent forward thinking and analytical skills.
Strong customer interfacing skills with both internal and external customers.
Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate effectively throughout multiple levels of the organization.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and follow up skills.
Proven ability to manage, implement and support multiple projects/programs under strict timelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Ability to effectively communicate using tools such as PowerPoint and Visio.
Ideally, experience is in planning.
Lean Six Sigma.
APICs training /certification.
Experience with Supply Chain planning systems.
Ideally, experience with VZW specific supply chain systems (wSAP, JDA, Logility).
