Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, Americas

The Surface Solutions Segment of the Oerlikon Group includes the two brands Oerlikon Balzers and Oerlikon Metco. Position Summary and Essential Duties:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, Americas reports directly to the Regional Head of Human Resources Operations, Americas with a dotted line reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, Americas. This position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services and operational support for talent acquisition within Surface Solutions Americas. He/She will collaborate with Human Resources, the regional Talent Acquisition community and front:line managers to execute the Oerlikon Talent Acquisition process in line with the Americas business and HR strategy for multiple:sites throughout USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. This position promotes the Oerlikon brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at:large. He/She must have a wide degree of creativity, business understanding, and be exceptionally well organized. This individual must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to support the Americas Talent Acquisition process, meet tight deadlines, make phone calls to candidates, communicate in written format with candidates, organize hiring events and manage multiple priorities while being able to shift gears fluidly between priorities.
:Provide exceptional customer service and full life:cycle recruiting within Oerlikon Surface Solutions within the Americas as defined.
:Confer with the Human Resources and front:line leaders to execute sourcing strategies to support business continuity and growth in collaboration with the Regional Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, Americas.
:Use traditional and non:traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on:line job fairs, community network events, etc.
:Train and lead assigned Talent Acquisition resources by example in order to ensure coordination and recruitment support is handled effectively throughout the Americas region.
:Identify and support the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition process as defined including identifying training needs in partnership with Human Resources and the Regional Talent Acquisition and Development Manager.
