Test Manager / Test Lead - Experis (Brooklyn, New York)

Experis IT Client is currently seeking a Test Manager / Test Lead for a long-term contract downtown Brooklyn (easy commute - 1 stop past Wall Street).

Qualification Requirements:
Develop the Program Master Test Plan
Work with Vendors on the testing of the implemenation/delivery of software. Perform vendor delivery reviews and approval for test documentation
3+ years experience in large scale COTS implementations
3+ years testing and test management experience

A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four (4) years of full-time paid experience in the fields of operations management, public administration, education administration, business administration or a related field, eighteen (18) months of which must have been in a managerial capacity; or
3+ year experience in large scale COTS implementations
3+ years testing and test management experience

Preferred:
A masters degree from an accredited university in operations management, public administration, education administration, business administration or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of a variety of specialized services to schools in the areas of operations, business, youth development and/or special education.
Demonstrated experience in building service-oriented relationships and providing successful consultative support.
Familiarity with New York State certification regulations and requirements.
Excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work effectively as a team member.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, and Access
3+ years experience in education industry
