As Vice President of Business Development, you'll work directly with the CEO as you partner with employers across New York City to incorporate Retrofit into their corporate weight loss/wellness programs in an effort to help each employee achieve their weight loss goal. Youll earn above-market compensation for your efforts while also enjoying the satisfaction that comes with knowing your sales skills are being put to use to promote health and wellness across NYC. In fact, the compensation plan has no cap. At-plan annual earnings exceed $200,0 and our target is for you to exceed $300,0.
To be a good fit for the Vice President of Business Development opportunity you will have:
**The ability to document that you are a sales professional consistently ranked in the top 5% of your peer group.
