Work with the businesses to understand the needs and define solutions across capital markets. ? Work with business to establish common operational acceptance criteria and to establish business deployment and support plans.? Oversee solution design and integrated plan based on inputs from the projects.? Manage Roadmap of Americas change portfolio, working with relevant stakeholders to gain wide acceptance of business priorities and delivery capabilities? Candidate is responsible for developing communication plan for technology rollouts which significantly improved utilization rates and awareness of new technology.? Work across various areas of the operating platform and functional areas.? The Candidate is responsible for frontoffice, middleoffice and backoffice processes.? The Incumbent is responsible to elaborate on the requirements and support an implementation through the SDLC.? Reponsible for order management and execution, clearing and settlement. *LIPerson RequirementsBasic Qualifications:? BS/BA degree is required.? 10+ years of progressive work experience in the financial industry? 5 + years of prior expereince in program management on global multi-year project.? 5 + years of experience in working with technology to elaboate on the requirements and support an implementation through the SDLC.? Strong understanding of capital market processes, equity products.? Strong knowledge of trade order management and execution, clearing and settlement. Preferred Qualifications:? Coordinating reporting on multiple projects; managing initiatives in progress? Providing senior management with regular updates/status? Experience in out-of-the-box trading platforms e.g. Charles River is preferred.? Ability to interface with Managing Director level project sponsors and stakeholders? Industry certification a plus (e.g. Series 7, CFA).?
