Essential Functions of the Job:Workday consulting professionals are involved in the design and implementation of custom, technology enabled business solutions. Sales and delivery of Workday projects.Leading consulting and client resources.Development of solutions and methodologies, development of "thoughtware" and "point of view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals. Performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activitiesWork directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.Help shape Deloitte's future by getting involved in recruiting, team building, methodology improvement, and developing internal tools. Required Skills:A functional/technical professional with at least 5 full lifecycle implementations of HR applications and 15 years of industry and/or consulting experience. At least 15 years of experience implementing HR applications (SAP, PeopleSoft, Lawson, etc.).Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as a Project Manager. Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio or other middleware platform).Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc).Very strong Excel skills are a must. Experience in all phases of a project from RFP (Request for Proposal) through testing and go-live. Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilitiesBachelor's degree required.
