The Clinical Director will provide leadership in the implementation, integration, and ongoing evolution of clinical information systems at the hospital. The Clinical Director acts as a change agent for hospital leaders and clinicians to promote adoption of new processes and technologies and achievement and sustainment of expected benefits and is comfortable in moving the organization out of its comfort zone to achieve excellence. The Clinical Director demonstrates a clear understanding of standards, vision and guiding principles and can articulate the big clinical picture to hospital audiences. Primary responsibilities include: Serve as a liaison between clinicians, ancillary departments, and Information Technology (IT) to align clinical and IT standards with department workflow, processes, and policies. Expert knowledge of surgical services departments, relationships and workflow processes Assessment of customers workflow processes to include data sources, data storage and data reporting capabilities in the surgical services arena Anticipates barriers to success and proactively intercedes with appropriate action to insure customers confidences Participates collaboratively with customer stakeholders in the identification of drivers of chaos for each customer, site selection of solutions/projects Develops each sites work plan to prioritize, address, implement and measure each sites informatics efforts Develops short term and long term goals/objectives consistent with Prezio Healths philosophy for each customer Ensures projects timelines and ROI analysis is on track. Oversees the development and execution of site specific work plan Addresses concerns in a proactive/timely manner<
