Clinical Nurse Specialist - NYC - CRS Independent Healthcare Recruiting (New York, NY)

CNS will rotate throughout all cardiac units, primarily CCU, Interventional Cardiology, and Cardiac Telemetry, and occasionally CTICU and Cardiothoracic Step-Down Unit. CNS will serve in an educational capacity for both patients and staff. Shift: Primarily 8 hr days - will work nights as needed. Current New York State License as a Registered Nurse required. Master's Degree in Nursing required. CNS certification is preferred. CCRN required. Experience: Five years of cardiac critical care experience required. Previous teaching experience preferred. Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork. NYS RN licensure and BCLS certification required ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire
