The Healthcare Retail Services Consulting Lead will leverage their industry, strategy, process, and technology depth as they focus much of their time in selling and delivering billable client work at our Pharmaceutical and Retail clients focused on delivery of consumer health care services. The balance of their time will be focused on building out our assets, as well as pre-sales activities such as proposal/SOW writing, client presentations, and helping sell additional project work. In addition, the Consulting Lead will be expected to lead Life Sciences and Retail Health Services client engagements within the Commercial (Sales & Marketing), Retail Health Services / Pharmacy, and Managed Markets areas, including managing and delivering strategy, organization, process, and technology services. Your work experience in pharmaceutical and retail heath services markets, and specific domain expertise in retail pharmacy operations and related technology / information architecture, business strategy, pricing, contract management, government pricing, and account management will enable you to lead and/or support development and services in these key areas. In particular your work experience with establishing health services platforms within traditional retail models will be greatly coveted. This Lead Consulting role will also contribute to the creation of IBM analysis and points of view on specific Life Sciences and Retail Health Services Commercial and Managed Markets topics. Experience should be augmented with skills such as strategy and change, financial analysis, knowledge of leading retail health services applications, and process re-engineering.
