Locum Tenens Hospitalist Physician - Consilium Staffing (Poughkeepsie, NY)

Hospitalist physician employment in New York : This 550-bed hospital, located in the greater NYC/Long Island area, is in need of a Hospitalist for full-time coverage. 5 on, 5 off block scheduling, 12-hour shifts with minimal night coverage. Shift changes at 7:00a and 7:00p. Patient encounters will average 16-18 per day, with the admissions split equally between the 5-6 physicians on each shift. Open ICU, no procedures required, and all specialty backup is represented. Provider must be Internal Medicine residency trained, Family Practitioners will not be acceptable for this assignment
