As a Manager, US Health & Wellness Strategy, you will work in conjunction with the US Benefits team to provide and administer a high quality competitive benefits program to Nielsen employees and their families. Job Responsibilities Provide leadership and strategic direction of Nielsens Health and Wellness programs Provide financial analysis of self insured medical, dental, disability and wellness plans, including plan financials, key cost drivers, program utilization and ROI analysis. Develop and execute Wellness strategy and programming in North America Lead development of employee education and communication strategy relating to innovative and sophisticated health plans and wellness programs Manage relationships with key benefit program vendors ensuring cost effective and high performance results Maintain Nielsen scorecards detailing key program statistics Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal HR staff, Finance, Legal, and external vendor partners Work with HR and outsourced administrator to respond to employee benefit issues Manage plan renewals
