Collaborate with designated physicians and healthcare team members to provide care and/or nursing interventions to an assigned caseload of outpatient leukemia patients. Responsibilities include delivering the highest standard of care in the diagnosis and management of a respective population and participating in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum. Current NYS RN and NP certification; Master’s degree, prescriptive privileges (or eligible), 3 or more years of related clinical experience, and related national certification.
