Job Qualifiations:
BSN required; MSN preferred Demonstrated superior leadership and communication skills NYS licensure required Minimum five to seven years' progressive management experience ACLS certification Previous inpatient experience required; American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) psychiatric nursing certification highly preferred Job Responsibilities:
·Manage all aspects of care delivery as Patient Care Director ·Direct, monitor and evaluate nursing care while working closely with social workers, activity therapists, psychiatrists and substance abuse counselors to advance a restorative environment ·Oversee front line responsibility for staff performance, quality improvement and fiscal effectiveness ·Liaise with high profile clinical leaders ·Foster a safe, patient-focused environment that helps nurses realize their fullest potential Pay and Benefits:
