Market segments include Healthcare, Science + Technology, Sports + Entertainment, Academic, Cultural and Government. Given the firm’s continued growth they are seeking a Healthcare Project Architect to play a key role in their NYC office. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Healthcare Project Architects will coordinate the delivery of project documents and services, and collaborate with Project Managers to develop all aspects of Healthcare projects, as well as coordinate the effort of all team resources. S/he will be responsible for the implementation of design, quality and budget direction throughout all project phases and will have appropriate client interaction, communicating the client’s needs to the Project Designers. The Project Architect will have demonstrated design skills and technical knowledge with the ability to work as an individual consultant within a dynamic project team environment. Particular experience in the management of multidisciplinary architecture, engineering and planning projects from concept design through construction administration is ideal. This individual will have the opportunity to lead project teams, manage the project delivery process and work closely with clients. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor or Master’s of Architecture Degree Licensure required LEED accreditation preferred 7+ years healthcare experience on projects of varying size and complexities REVIT and AutoCAD proficiency Knowledge of building codes and structures Management experience in architectural practice in leading project teams Full knowledge of architectural principles and practices Excellent communication and management skills
