We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Juicy Couture team as an Assistant Store Manager of Operations
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
? Responsible for major operations functions in store, including but not limited to building store schedules and zone charts, conducting sales audits, maintaining proper supply inventory, and addressing all technology based requests.
Major Responsibilities:

Sales and Service:
? Exemplify the highest level of customer service while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Operations:
? Scheduling & Payroll:
? Work with Operations Manager to plan monthly store payroll in accordance with financial budget.
? Utilize Storeforce to create weekly schedules and daily zone charts reflecting immediate needs of the business while adhering to proper associate availabilities, time-off requests, blackout dates and payroll guidelines.
? Identify unfilled shifts on store schedule; communicate hiring needs to Operations Manager and HR.
? Ensure the time-off request process is followed appropriately and precisely
? Communicate with Floor closing Managers to ensure daily time punches are reconciled properly according to Policy and Procedure.
? Supply Order:
? Obtain approval from Operations Manager for all supply order; maintain adequate levels within store needs and budget.
? Sales Audits:
? Reduce store charge backs through ensuring all proper banking procedures are adhered to.
? Conduct cashier paperwork audits, review accuracy of all documents.
? Provide Floor Managers operational feedback on cashier paperwork compliance
? Technology:
? Work with Operations Manager to develop a communication system for all open IT tickets, ensuring timely submission and follow up.
? Responsible for all upkeep and maintenance of store equipment and phone systems.
? Team Responsibilities:
? Work with Team on providing proper register training for all cashiers.





Qualifications:
Skills and Knowledge & Experience:
? HS diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
? 2-4 years Operations Management experience
? Fashion awareness
? Effective communication, organization and leadership skills

Physical Requirement:
? Ability to lift and mobilize items, up to 75 lbs, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
? Ability to be mobile on the sales floor and store for extended periods of time in a fast paced environment
? Proven ability to work with retailing operating systems, and handle PC and scanning equipment
? Proven ability to handle and place merchandise
