Description The Business Manager will provide direct support to the ad sales operating units of Cablevision Media Sales to help achieve company, financial and performance objectives. Must construct and prepare for submission, the operating budgets, five-year plans and forecasts. This position will oversee the building of the Goals, Strategies & Tactics for their operating entity. Responsible for authorizing and tracking the operating units expense payments, making sure they conform to company policies. Handle the development and financial review/analysis for yearly compensation plans for 10+ commission plans covering over 250 sales employees. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as requested from Cablevision Corporate
Qualifications 3+ years of ad sales / agency financial analysis experience. Must have a thorough understanding of the key aspects of financial planning, including performing ROI's. Advanced analytical skills required. Identifying problems, seeking solutions and a strong understanding of accounting procedures and balance sheets all are a must. Highly proficient with all Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and manage to multiple deadlines with complete accuracy.
