RCH, along with its affiliated companies, is the national leader in telecommunications bad debt and equipment recovery. We are looking for motivated self-starters with positive attitudes that can work with minimal supervision. We’re currently hiring Collections Specialists and Equipment Recovery Specialists. RCH currently has operations in over one-hundred (100) cities across the Unites States. We offer the ability to not only grow into leadership positions within our organization but also the ability to relocate to other projects across the United States if/when the need arises for you. Our efforts are field based and our successes are driven by our ability to make face-to-face contact with our clients’ subscribers. We work with customers who are past due on their bills and help them pay their bill and keep their cable, internet, and phone services. If payment cannot be recovered, the services are physically disconnected (when required) and the cable equipment is recovered. The more money you collect, the more pieces of customer equipment you recover, the higher your pay. All accounts/leads are provided. Bonuses may be available for Top Performers!! We are currently hiring energetic and organized candidates with a positive attitude and solid work ethic. While experience is preferred it is not required, we will train the right candidates. Excellent earning potential in a positive work environment! Specific to the NY/NJ/CT markets we’re looking for the right personnel for all of the positions outlined above.
