Overview:

The Compensation Analyst, part of the Total Rewards team, at Foot Locker Inc. is supporting the design and implementation of compensation programs by researching, analyzing and assessing compensation practices across our global locations. The Compensation Analyst provides market intelligence and data-driven recommendations based on internal and external practices. The mission of the global Total Rewards team is to design and deliver market-competitive total rewards programs that support Foot Locker's Talent Strategy. The Team is responsible for the design, implementation and execution of Foot Locker's global compensation, benefits and performance management programs.

Responsibilities:

* Compensation Analytics

* Research, collect and analyze Compensation practices leveraging multiple sources of information,

* Interpret internal and external data and recommend relevant innovative approaches based on own knowledge and analysis

* Design and implement Compensation-based dashboards to facilitate Sr Leadership decision-making on critical projects

* Compensation Processes

* Support preparation of Global Annual Compensation Planning including but not limited to execution of base salary, bonus, awards and all related communications

* Support annual assessment of Foot Locker Global Salary Ranges competitiveness, including benchmarking of current salaries against salary surveys globally and recommendation for adjustments where applicable

* Market Intelligence

* Research, collect and analyze external compensation market references, leveraging multiple sources of information (surveys and available tools) for our Executive, Store and Non-Store associates globally

* Interpret external data and recommended most relevant references compared to Company objectives

* Support Compensation Team in salary surveys participation and analysis

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required

* 1-2 years of relevant analytical experience

* Experience in a consulting firm /setting is a plus

* Highly developed analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge of PeopleSoft or other HRMS is a plus

* Ability to apply judgement, interpret and bring insights from analysis is critical

* Ability to work autonomously while being part of a matrix environment

* High standards of quality and accuracy
