Position Description
. Drive integrity and accuracy of internal reporting. Manage and revise the systems and processes to ensure integrity of the General Ledger relating to management practices (such as those for account transfers, product segmentation, et al.).
. Coordinate and consolidate forecast submissions
. Execute the overall Plan process. Ensure accurate, timely delivery of a high-quality, aligned budget. Create the process, secure executive buy-in, develop deliverables and manage timelines. Create materials for Board of Directors presentation.
. Author of the MD&A process, develop both the SEC disclosure language and an internal process to integrate internal analysis with disclosure and external communications.
. Create a consistent structure to outline multi-year expectations, integrate the process with annual plans, and with quarterly reporting.
. Provide a concise, comprehensive matrix view of results, along with KPIs, variance analysis, and operating expense flux analysis.
. Manage the reporting team, which aggregates and cleanses data in a variety of disparate systems. Responsible for key operational finance systems including the general ledger Business Information application, detailed revenue data warehouse, and sales compensation application.
Position Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Finance; MBA preferred.
. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, including experience with group presentations.
. Advanced experience with complex financial spreadsheets (MS Excel) and formulas.
. Must be detail oriented, highly organized and have the ability to work with voluminous data.
. Strong leadership ability bridging diverse groups and developing staff members.
. High analytical aptitude
. Strong drive to learn
. Strong initiative/seek and accept new challenges, and have a high level of curiosity as it relates to new projects, and finding solutions to problems.
. Adaptable to a fast paced and quickly changing environment
