Director of Career Management - Columbia University (New York, NY)

The Director of Career Management is responsible for creating a comprehensive career services program for both SCE students and alumni. The successful candidate should be able to: counsel students on all aspects of job-search activities; assist alumni with creating job-transition strategies; design and deliver workshops and other programs that focus on relevant career management topics, industry, and function specific issues; network effectively with current and new corporate recruiters to strengthen hiring relationships with the School of Continuing Education. Master''s degree required. 3-5 years of experience in student affairs, higher education, or human resources/recruiting required. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
