Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 administration and development, including the design and development of dashboards, workflows, plug-ins, interfaces and reports as specified by business units. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills and the ability to deal directly with a demanding user base. The candidate must be able to give advice on CRM best practices and act as a Dynamics expert for less experienced Dynamics developers. Key Responsibilities: Work with users to define and understand requirements
Implement and test customizations to meet user requirements
Data migration from existing systems to MS Dynamics CRM 2011
Provide user and technical documentation where required
Provide technical cross-training to other team members
Provide user support, including training, ongoing functional upgrades, and troubleshooting Technical Skills Required: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 configuration and administration Data and security management
Customization of entities, forms, views, charts, dashboards.
Customization of workflows and dialogs
CRM for Outlook configuration Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and xRM Framework development Plug-in and workflow C# development utilizing CRM Software Development Kit (SDK)
UI development and extension utilizing JavaScript and xRM Framework
Windows Workflow Foundation (WFF)
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Language-Integrated Query (LINQ)
CRM views and dynamic data links Experience using issue tracking (e.g. Redmine) and version control (e.g. SVN) Business Knowledge Required: Basic understanding of both primary and secondary financial markets Education: Bachelor of Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
