The Operations Manager will be responsible for Managing ACH and Wire Processing which includes testing and implementation of all upgrades, yearly testing with Federal Reserve Bank and testing of Disaster Recovery site. Preparing daily ICS reconciliation and weekly CDAR report. Ensure statements and notices are saved and mailed to clients. Ensure all affected general ledger entries are in proof. Assisting the Director of Operations with any and all projects as assigned, as well as assisting the Systems Procedures Dept. with any projects Providing quarterly SOX certifications for ACH, Wires, EPN, FRB, Bankware. Perform entitlement reviews for each of the applications as requested by SOX. Performing parameter changes as required for core systems, including product set up, testing, and promotion to production. Participate in all release upgrade and custom code changes.
