Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (HCS) is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Franchise Integration, located in Piscataway, NJ; consideration will be given for other J&J North America locations such as Raynham, MA or the Loaner Kit Distribution sites in Bridgewater, MA, Memphis, TN, Monument, CO, or Markham, ON.

Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution and transportation. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. CLS supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow globally in both visibility and responsibility. The CLS team reports to Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and partners closely with groups throughout the supply chain organization.

In support of the CLS NA Global Distribution Operations team, the Franchise Integration Senior Analyst will manage relationships and lead key change management and business process improvement initiatives, to further develop and optimize the Global Orthopaedics loan & consignment operations in partnership with the franchise supply chain, commercial and quality organizations as well as other CLS functions. The Senior Analyst will directly facilitate ongoing integration of the DePuy Synthes loan and consignment operations network and the North America Loaner Kit optimization initiative.

Franchise Integration Senior Analyst Responsibilities:
• Deliver franchise support and subject matter expertise in business processes and systems
• Identify, create and support CIP activities related to Loaner Kit Operations
• Perform data analysis and present information to management to make strategic decisions
• Lead projects using FPX methodology/Project Management to support Customer & Logistics Services and the Franchise
• Support a significant amount of project management and utilize in-depth knowledge of business processes and systems to develop and execute overall project plans, project deliverables and timelines
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and projects
• Develop comprehensive business models devise control plans to enable fast and reliable business decisions by management
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Order to Cash (OTC) system capability, quality, and business processes, which entails identifying/prioritizing systemic problems and improvement opportunities, providing business process knowledge to support new processes and designs, and translating business requirements into system requirements
• Collaborate with franchise on recall/withdrawal activities as necessary; create Monthly Metrics package for Franchise Supply Chain Operations
• Partner with other Franchise Integration Senior Analysts to support Franchise-specific Business Operations and CLS Quarter Close activities
• Potential for involvement in the following activities:
o Involvement with product lifecycle management, and inbound and outbound processes
o Offer input to product design in new product development
o Manage integration and lead key portions of TSA activities associated with acquisitions and divestitures
• Examine cross company/cross functional opportunities and give strategic recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses and/or compliance


Qualifications
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, or Operations) required; advanced degree / MBA preferred
• Minimum of four (4) years’ relevant experience required, preferably in Supply Chain
• Experience in Distribution and/or Loan & Consignment operations preferred
• Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, virtual organization where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist required
• Project management, negotiation, and conflict resolution experience required
• Working knowledge of supply chain planning process preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables and vLookups) required; Excel macros preferred
• Knowledge or experience with Tableau preferred
• Order Management process and ERP experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge or experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, and/or PE methodology and tools required
• APICS, Six Sigma, and/or LEAN Belt certification preferred
• PMP/FPX or another project management certification preferred
• Demonstrated strong analytical background with solid problem solving skills required
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the end to end supply chain preferred
• Strong collaboration skills, able to influence without direct authority, and have an innovative mindset required
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value required
• Position located in Piscataway, NJ or another J&J NA location, with up to 25% domestic and international travel required
