Senior Producer- Live Events - MKTG INC (New York)

JOB SUMMARY: This position will manage key client projects, medium to large and scope, from production brief to implementation, assuming responsibility for customer satisfaction and day-to-day management of the engagement. These responsibilities include managing, monitoring, and maintaining the project scope, task timeline, operating budget, required staff/resources, and overall quality of the resulting deliverable. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Accountable for the quality of all deliverables and performance throughout the duration of the engagement. Collaborates with the account team to create the project plan and budget working back from key client deliverable dates Manages the project plan, ensuring that all deliverable dates are met. Maintains the fiscal health of the project by monitoring and managing the project budget. Reports financial status of job progress/status on a bi-weekly basis to manager and client service lead Is responsible for managing the development, production, and co-delivery of the goals and requirements Is responsible for managing project communications, ensuring that any issues, changes, or required performances that impact the project are documented and addressed with the client service lead. Functions as the primary internal-facing point of contact for all efforts relating to the production of the tour, program, event. Accountable for the effective communication and management of the project scope with respect to the team/resources allocation needs Provides a point of contact for clarification/decision concerning development items/issues that might impact the scope of the work effort. Must be able to work closely with insurance carriers. Responsible for procurement of permits, civic documents and all other permits/paperwork for events.
