I am a major label producer, artist developer,
Manager, A&R consultant, private studio owner,
Virtuoso guitarist, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter.
I have over 30 years industry experience and am a former Columbia records artist.
I am looking for an artist good enough to spec who is up to major label industry standard.

To date I have reviewed and passed on the demos of over 3,000 artists.
No one seems to realize how high the industry standards are for a major label.

You must live, eat, breathe and shit music,
Sing, compose and practice hours and hours daily.
Do your work. Arrive early for all business appointments and recording sessions.
Return business calls promptly and on time.
Write current industry standard radio hit songs and be "ready to go" with all that entails.

I am not running a business so please do not call for rates.
I am not for hire, nor is my studio.
I will not work with any artist just because they pay.
True artists are "made out of the right stuff".
They have legs that will walk towards the future.

If you are talented enough, skilled enough,
Work hard enough, have major label skills and I like
You and what you do I will spec you.
If you do not know what "spec" means ask.
You can't apply for something if you don't know what it is.
Absolutely no rap! Absolutely no metal!

The Artists samples on my websites have scratch vocals and rough mixes.
Final mixes, and final vocals are done later
if a song is deemed worthy of shopping to a label.
I wrote or co-wrote all the songs produced and played
all the instruments except for the drums.
