Urban Producer wanted by Songwriter

I'm a R&B/POP Songwriter looking for a Producer to collab with. Producer will NOT be paid. The idea is that we make some songs for these NEW artists the next Beyonces and Chris Browns; as well as make and pitch some songs to the industry established artists. The New artists must have a management team behind them and have some type of buzz. I'm not going write songs for artists to ride around in their car and listen to but not promote. Producer must live in Tri-State area. Must have a professional sound and access to a studio.
