Accounting Manager For Nyc Real Estate Firm - Robert Half Finance & Accounting (New York, NY)

A NYC-based real estate firm seeks a Project Accounting Manager. This position requires extensive interface with relevant external and internal parties. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for construction loan and capital call requisitions, project budgets, and cash flow analysis. They will manage vendor contracts, general ledgers (on both a GAAP and tax basis), and quarterly/year-end financial statements. The manager will handle the vendor commitment system, accounts payable, and other standing accounting operations functions. This is in addition to the departments varied and growing responsibilities.
