Job Description New Jersey Real Estate Company seeking an Assistant Manager/Leasing Consultant for beautiful mid-size apartment community in Springfield, NJ. Candidate should be an experienced organized, upbeat person who can handle leasing and assistant manager duties for a busy 500 unit community. Responsibilities include: · Meeting and greeting residents and prospects · Answering the telephone, handling service calls · Making appointments and touring prospects · Leasing and closing rentals · Administrative duties including lease preparation and rent collection · Maintaining good resident relations Experience in the market-rent residential housing industry a must. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate plus commissions with a great benefit package - medical, dental, 401K, paid sick, holiday, and vacation time.
