Job Description Assistant Property Manager needed for a Apartment Community in Elizabeth, NJ. Do you have great communication skills? We have multi-family High Rise Apartment Community in Elizabeth, NJ to run a one-person office To qualify, you must have a minimum of 2 years market-rent apartment property management experience, be able to multi-task, have good verbal and written skills, know how to "problem solve" as well as have good organizational skills and love a challenge. The Assistant Property Manager will handle telephone and on-site leasing traffic, collections, lease renewals and completing all related paperwork and activities to service our tenants. Preference given to those with MRI, Excel, sales, and customer service experience. We are a drug free work place.
