Job Description EXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT CLERK NEEDED FOR A GROWING REAL ESTATE OFFICE Duties include but are not limited to: · Minimum 2 years of property management experience with residential buildings, and multifamily rental housing. · Have a working knowledge of HPD, and DHCR regulations. · Must be familiar with the different types of housing programs · Reviewing leases for compliance, maintaining all leases signed, preparing and sending out lease renewals · Promptly responding to messages from tenants generating correspondence, coordinating repairs, and submitting paperwork. · Ensuring that property, lease files, and rent rolls are properly maintained and kept up to date. · Write, prepare and distribute all memos, notices, and other correspondences in regards to building changes, updates, or property information. · Maintain the accuracy of building and tenant files and documents to ensure accurate records are kept. · Assist with billing and collections, legal proceeding and court filings · Receive and set up all lease documents and organize file cabinets in accordance with system requirements. · Must be friendly, outgoing, highly organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking. · must have excellent communications and organizational skills. · Must be proficient in word, and Excel MUST BE BILINGUAL To secure an interview, please submit your resume to- email@example.com Company Description H Holding Group has been in business for over Ten years.
