Job Description:/h3:
Responsibilities of the Property Manager
Manage the properties in an efficient and profitable manner
Assist in property lease renewals
Inspect grounds, equipment, and facilities to determine necessity of repairs and maintenance
Review and approve common area maintenance work orders
Review and approve the purchase of necessary building maintenance supplies and equipment
Plan, schedule, and coordinate major repairs, general maintenance, remodeling and construction
Solicit bids from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance
Function as project manager for renovations and fit:ups.
Investigate tenant complaints, disturbances and violations, and resolve problems
Meet with prospective tenants and leasing agents to show properties
Provide good customer service and manage tenant improvements
Ensure that all physical aspects of the property are functional, in good condition, and ready for occupancy
Develop and implement a marketing plan to maximize rental income

Job Requirements:
Construction and property management skills.
Good time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must have previous experience as a commercial property manager
2 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate
Working knowledge of local Building Department policies, procedures and codes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365.
Provide examples of marketing strategies
