:The Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Associate positions involve facilitating commercial real estate investment transactions and fostering new business opportunities for the ERG Investment Sales and Finance Division teams.
:As business development is essential to these roles, the ability to form and maintain over:the:phone and in:person relationships with current and potential clients is essential.
:The ideal candidate for these positions will also understand the fundamentals of business development, which include, but are not limited to: sales, marketing, product valuation, contract negotiation, market research and due:diligence.
Training, Support and Mentorship:
:All of our new associates are mentored by industry veterans who provide the support, insight and the local market knowledge that is required to become an exceptional investment sales or commercial mortgage advisor in New York City.
:Agents will have the opportunity not just to learn the fundamentals of real estate brokerage, such as property valuation, market research, due diligence and contract negotiation, they will also have access to industry:leading marketing tools and collateral materials.
:Our associates also have the opportunity to exclusively work in their own New York City submarket, making them local market experts in the process.
