EXR is a commercial and residential real estate brokerage firm located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The company specializes in the Brooklyn real estate market. EXRs commercial sales division is seeking talent to expand its investment sales team.

:An excellent compensation package. The investment sales development structure ensures high commission splits and the ability to graduate fromentry level positions to higher positions with more responsibility.
:A team:oriented work structure. To ensure that each associate is developing and growing as a member of EXR, all agents attend bi:weekly meetings with the managing partner. These meetings are intended to track the associates progress and help the associate succeed to the best of his/her abilities.
:Open door policy. The Managing Partners encourage all associates to voice any suggestions that they believe would benefit the company. EXR will make it a priority to do everything (within reason) to improve the support for its agents.
Responsibilities:
:Leading a team of 3:4 Sales Associates
:Working closely with the Director of Sales to implement a team:based, transaction:oriented sales strategy (based on geographic neighborhoods and price points)
:Sales
:Relationship building w/ Landlords and Investors
:Contract Negotiations
:Underwriting / Evaluations
:Marketing
Qualities:
:Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5:years commercial real estate sales and/or leasing experience with an emphasis on managing a sales team
:Highly movtivated individuals that focus on the team and the divisions sales objectives/targets
:Dynamic Skill Set
