Direct planning and management of administrative services for the Department of Planning and Construction. Assist the Assistant Vice President with development of organizational changes, policies, procedures, and guidelines in support of programs and services. Develop and oversee implementation of capital construction policies, procedures and project templates. Direct development and implementation of a comprehensive project management system for the department and individual project managers. Determine and enforce standard procedures for evaluation of proposals, bids, and contractor performance.
