About
FAR Property Management Co., Inc. is a family owned property management company with a primary office located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Having successfully built and managed multiple residential and commercial properties across NYC and the surrounding area, the company now seeks a capable, competent, initiative taking administrative assistant to work closely with the CEO in handing in:office accounting, projects, and office operations. Due to the small size of the office, this role requires both a friendly and team oriented personality as well as the ability to be a multi tasker that takes the lead on managing his/her tasks. Possible mentorship available as well as opportunity to take on more responsibility.

Roles and Responsibilities
:Management of invoices using Quickbooks
:Handling of weekly Payroll and quarterly taxes
:Sorting and managing mail , daily phone calls
:Respond to tenant needs and tenant statements
:Personal items for CEO i.e. insurance, job costing etc.
Highly Recommended
:Experience with QuickBooks
:Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel
:Self: starter, Initiative
Preferred
:Bachelors Degree
:Real Estate License
:Interest in real estate and/or property management
:The more administrative experience the better
