Job Description
Bespoke Real Estate is seeking qualified candidates to assume the role of a full:time Listing Manager. This is a management position and a critical role within the company. This is an office position and necessitates proactivity in an dynamic environment, with a lot of computer based work and internal/external communication.
Criteria would be as follows: and lrm;
:Strong experience in project management is a must. Must be able to design and implement strategic initiatives.
:Highly organized.
:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (email).
:In:person presentation and articulation capabilities.
:Team oriented and ability to delegate effectively.
:Strong ability to multitask, and be project goal and milestone driven.
:Proficient in Word, Excel and other organizational platforms.
:Creative, and willing to create and improve company systems.
:Willing to work standard business hours, full:time with some weekends, and be responsive to email post working hours.
:Operations and or marketing experience is beneficial.
:Real estate experience is beneficial.
:A real estate license is beneficial : must obtain at some point during tenure.
:Understanding contract language is beneficial.
Compensation will be aggressive for the right candidate, and can include long term incentives.
The position would necessitate working out of Water Mill.
