Job DescriptionLarge real estate company is seeking a Full Time Marketing and Social Media Coordinator based in Brooklyn, NY.Scope and PurposeThe primary objective is to grow and maintain our business and brand presence by developing and maintaning marketing initiatives and strateges. This includes creating and executing a marketing plan designed to attract the attention and interest of our properties, guide them through the decision process and lead to the signing of leases. The position calls for skills in market research, traditional marketing, social media management, leasing, customer care, record keeping, trade relationship management and some financial record keeping.Light traveling will be necessary for this positionDuties and Responsibilities Achieve full rental occupancy by advertising, filling vacancies, conducting tours, drafting lease documentation, negotiating lease agreements and enforcing lease terms Promote property through marketing initiatives; Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level; Design promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives; ILS management Seek to maximize rental income, set goals and track vs. internal and external benchmarks; Seek to minimize marketing expenses, develop annual forecasts Accomplish financial objectives, preparing an annual budget with assistance, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action;Qualifications for this Position Bachelors Degree Minimum 2-4 years experience in real estate, marketing, copywriting, project management, and events management Strong copywriting abilities - work samples will be requested Knowledge of real estate industry Request for proposal / proposal writing Results driven and able to ensure completion of tasks Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Creative thinking and flexibility -- ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment High level of personal credibility, networking and interpersonal skills, dependability, and accountability Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals Ability to work in a matrix organization and demonstrate team leadership skills Strategic and analytical thinker Fluent with design programs (ie Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software
